The ballroom

The Hunter Henry Center's ultra-modern allure adds just the right touch of sophistication for meetings and special events. Fourteen meeting spaces of various dimensions are available throughout the complex. Four smaller meeting rooms seat eight persons each, while four larger conference rooms will accommodate 12 persons comfortably in each room. Executive committee rooms of the Alumni Association and the MSU Foundation flank each wing of the building, seating 20 and 24 respectively.

Larger groups may prefer the Parker Ballroom, one of the largest meeting and dining sites in the Golden Triangle area. This large ballroom can accommodate up to 300 persons for a seated, served meal and 275 for a buffet style meal. It can slo be divided into two separate smaller rooms. The full ballroom can can accomodate 400, theater style. Also offering theater-style seating is the Brunson Seminar Room, which seats 55 persons for a lecture.

Hunter Henry Center lobby

A popular spot for stand up cocktail receptions and other after hour's events is the lobby area. The lobby can be reserved daily beginning at 5 p.m. An upper lounge area, Legacy Hall, is available for more intimate receptions.

The grounds of the Henry Center feature several attractive water features including a large reflecting pool, smaller water gardens and an amphitheater. The entire complex lends itself beautifully to indoor and outdoor events depending on the season.
